      Plain-language summary: By joining the Sohnus waitlist, you agree to these terms. The product is still in development. We will not spam you. We cannot promise specific launch dates or features. You can remove yourself from the list at any time.
    

1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting your information through the Sohnus waitlist form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.

2. What the waitlist is

The Sohnus waitlist is a registration of interest. By joining, you are expressing interest in being among the first to access Sohnus when it launches. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:

Access to the Sohnus platform by any specific date
Access to any specific feature or functionality
Any commercial arrangement, employment, or partnership with Sohnus

We are building Sohnus and will reach out to waitlist members when the product is ready. Timelines may change.

3. How we will contact you

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receiving communications from Sohnus about:

Product updates and launch announcements
Early access invitations
Requests for feedback or research participation

We will not send you promotional material unrelated to Sohnus, and we will not contact you on behalf of third parties. Every communication will include a clear way to unsubscribe.

4. Your information

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is the property of Sohnus. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of this website without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and the Sohnus waitlist are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the availability, accuracy, or completeness of this website or the future Sohnus product. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sohnus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your participation in the waitlist.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or remaining on the waitlist after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify waitlist members by email of any significant changes.

9. Governing law

Sohnus is currently operated by its co-founders, Rogerio Borges Ferreira and Khaled Mohamed Badawy. These terms are governed by applicable law.
